JOHN MARCHESI
Stained Glass Expert & Lead Artist
John has a degree in glass and art history. He learned from expert artists and has worked for several stained glass studios here on the East Coast as well as having run the cold shop at Pilchuck Glass School and Bucks County Community College. John has taught several workshops and given many lectures over his expansive career.
CHARMAINE MARCHESI
Business Manager & Artist
Charmaine is a veteran of the United States Navy and has a degree in photography and business management. She manages the business and marketing, as well as helping with the design and studio work.

They should therefore be retained and restored – and replaced with period-accurate copies only—only if they are beyond repair. Within a culture where the original windows of an old building are seen as “worn out” and replaced with no consideration of their historic value, it is difficult to find true craftmanship and commitment to keeping with the period and architectural style of a building. "Charmaine and John of Bucks County Stained Glass LLC were AWESOME! We had specific ideas in mind for a stained glass window, for the foyer of our house, which was built in the early 1900s. They listened to our ideas and provided guidance and suggestions of coordinating colors and glass type. Charmaine e-mailed me various designs they created, based on our ideas. After we decided on a design, the next step was to pick the colors/style glass. John came to our home with glass samples in various colors. We discussed and looked at the sample pieces of glass together and chose incredible color combinations. The final product is absolutely beautiful! It’s amazing to look at, especially when the sun is shining and the colors look so vibrant. It is unique, of highest quality, and adds so much character to our home. "I recently bought a house and there was a sliver of stained glass missing from one of the windows. After searching for a few weeks at glass speciality shops I came across Bucks County Stained Glass and engaged in a back forth email exchange with Charmaine which entailed some specifics of my project, a picture of the window and taking a measurement. We booked a date, I paid a deposit and they came out and did a wonderful job (while leaving the window in the frame). I highly recommend this business for a few reasons, they are very good at communicating, the service was efficient and the quality of work was excellent. They are also very friendly and professional. You do have to book some months in advance so plan accordingly."

"Our Synagogue needed the stained glass window (above the door) removed and fixed while we installed new doors. Charmaine and John were prompt, professional and yet so caring while they checked the stained glass out, removed it and then fixed any cracked or broken glass (it's 35 years old). They absolutely did a FABULOUS and BEAUTIFUL job!! The stained glass is once again above our (new) doors and looks as beautiful (if not more beautiful - as it's so clean looking now) than before!
